You can now access your customer's accounts to view their statuses and to see their current balance. By running a status report, you will also be able to view their last payment date and last payment amount. If you do not have your log in information, please contact us by using our contact form, email, or calling the office during business hours.
Additionally, you can submit new accounts to us by logging in to your client portal. Simply upload your Excel sheet or csv sheet if you have several accounts or, you may click on the "enter new claims" tab to enter them individually.
